About the Author: The Academy for Social-Emotional Learning in Schools (SELinSchools.org), co-led by Maurice Elias and Patricia Heindel. It offers online certificate programs in SECD Instruction and SECD School Leadership, sponsore by Rutgers University and Saint Elizabeth University. The Academy uses a cohort model, with each program consisting of three courses, the third of which is a unique, supervised online practicum in your own work setting.
