- Orders from the United States and Canada may be placed on our secure website 24/7. International orders (with the exception of Canada) cannot be processed online and must be placed via phone order.
- Download our W9 form.
- Weight-based shipping is applied to online orders only. Phone, fax and purchase orders are charged a flat 10% of the order total.
- Accepted payment methods for online orders are Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. See below for information on purchasing with check or purchase order.
- To facilitate online checkout you may create a customer account, however you may also check out as guest.
- Schools and non-profit organizations can make tax-exempt purchases online using a school/company-issued credit card by creating a "Schools/Organizations" account. View more information on school/organization orders.
