Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Precise processing and shipping time varies, but most orders are delivered in 7-10 days from date of purchase.*
Shipping for online orders is calculated using a single weight-based pricing scale for delivery to the continental United States. The approximate weight of your order is calculated based on the number and type of of items you purchase. There is a minimum shipping cost of $5.
You are able to generate a shipping quote in your shopping cart prior to checkout. Shipping starts at $5.

Shipping on phone, fax, and purchase orders is 10% of the order total for laminated guides and 20% of the order total for books and mixed orders.

RETURNS
National Professional Resources (NPR, Inc.) appreciates and values your patronage and is committed to full customer satisfaction with our products and service. To ensure this, the following guidelines for returns are provided:
- Returns made within 30 days of Invoice date are eligible for full refund or credit, less shipping and handling when:
- Item/s are in original and salable condition
- Items are shipped back using a traceable method
- Copy of the original invoice or packing slip accompanies the return.
- Customer assumes cost for return shipment
- Returns after 30 days of the invoice date will be granted store credit, less a restocking fee of 18%.
- If for any reason an item(s) has to be returned due to National Professional Resources' error or product defect, please call customer service at (800) 453-7461 or email orders@nprinc.com for a return label and replacement, or for a credit.
