Shelneka A. Marsalone is the founder and lead consultant of We Got Goals, LLC, where her primary focus is supporting schools and organizations in developing a Culture of Being Present. Her expertise includes improving attendance, addressing chronic absenteeism, reducing avoidance behaviors in educational and workplace settings, strengthening relationships, and enhancing family and community engagement. She is a subject matter expert on attendance challenges and engagement initiatives for national organizations and school districts and provides professional development nationally and internationally through her platform. As the director of development, communications, and training at Attendance USA, she contributes to nationwide efforts to address chronic absenteeism.
